how to order:

- if you register as a customer (this does not imply any obligation), you will receive a registration confirmation email (the email could go to junk mail or spam, so check), by opening the email, you will have to go to the confirmation link, to this point you are registered

- if you make a payment by credit card or postepay, the shipment will be made from one week up to a maximum of 20 days later based on the orders received

in general, respecting the weight of the shipment, every single shipment is carried out as accurately as possible, to protect the goods inside.

inside the shipment you will find in addition to the goods also the tax receipt for the amount paid, except for payments by credit card, being in simplified accounting we record the actual amount that is credited to us by the bank, therefore lower than yours payment, in case someone prefers the invoice they must indicate it in advance by email and when filling in the customer data they must indicate their tax code

for foreign customers: when you order, with bank transfer payment, we will check the exact amount of the shipping costs, which are always higher in the order.

from the receipt of the order we wait a few days for the payment, bank transfer or postepay, after 7 days from the passage of the order you will receive an email, with a request for your information regarding the payment, if we have an answer, everything is fine, otherwise if not if we receive no news, after 15 days from receipt of the order, the order will be canceled, and we will send you a confirmation email.

if we cancel the order, you can propose it again at any time without any problem.
