Right of withdrawal

Indicate to customers their right of withdrawal.

Claims are allowed, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, on the authenticity of the goods and for serious hidden defects. We do not accept disputes regarding the state of conservation, origin, attribution and cataloguing, weight, type and lack of quality of the goods purchased, defects or anomalies that can be found in the photos. The dispute must be accompanied by a numismatic expert's certificate of authenticity or serious hidden defects. The competent court is that of Modena. The disputed goods must be returned, using suitable packaging, by insured mail (for the value of the goods) to Numismatica Stema di Nasi Emanuela, via della pace nr.57, 41051 Castelnuovo Rangone (MO), in the same conditions of receipt and perfectly intact, equipped with the original packaging/wrappers and with all the documentation sent (including tax documents). The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer. The purchaser, excluding any other claim, will be entitled to a refund of the sums paid for the purchase of the goods which will be carried out in the shortest possible time and in any case no later than 30 days from receipt of the goods, in any case provided that the goods have been returned. The right of withdrawal is lost in its entirety when the "essential condition of integrity of the goods" (packaging and/or its contents) is no longer fulfilled and/or in cases where the following are ascertained: modifications and/or tampering and/or damage to the goods; use of the asset such as to make it impossible to restore it to the pre-existing conditions of the sale; breaking of the seals in the case of a sealed coin; lack of any original external/internal packaging; absence of integral elements of the product. Returns are not accepted on lots made up of several goods as obviously there are goods of little value or study items in the lots which are therefore to be considered sold as seen and liked.
