General conditions of Sale

All the goods sold are guaranteed authentic, unless otherwise specified, and of legitimate origin;

The sales prices are expressed in euros, the goods with 22% VAT are inclusive of VAT;

order: When ordering, it is necessary to provide the name (name and surname or company name) and the tax code or VAT number necessary for the issue of the tax document (tax receipt or invoice) which will be sent / delivered in original together with the goods. The invoice request must be made at the time of the order, if not requested in advance, a tax receipt will be issued. Each buyer is personally responsible for the orders placed, without being able to object to having acted on behalf of third parties. The payment will always be anticipated (except for those who collect personally at our office by appointment in advance);

method of payment: advance transfer, postepay and credit card (currently not active), cash on delivery will not be made;

Conservation: Description and evaluation of the state of conservation of the proposed goods are carried out with the utmost care and attention, while the degrees of rarity of the coins and banknotes have been indicated with reference to primary numismatic manuals on the market. The above descriptions are purely indicative and subjective and therefore cannot be contested by buyers.

right of withdrawal: Disputes are allowed, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, on the authenticity of the goods and for serious hidden defects. Disputes regarding the state of conservation, origin, attribution and cataloging, weight, type and lack of quality of the purchased goods, defects or anomalies found in the photos are not accepted. The dispute must be accompanied by a numismatic expert certificate on authenticity or serious hidden defects. Jurisdiction is that of Modena. The disputed goods must be returned, using suitable packaging, by insured (for the value of the goods) to Numismatica Stema di Nasi Emanuela, via della pace nr. 57, 41051 Castelnuovo Rangone (MO), in the same conditions of receipt and perfectly intact, provided with the original packaging / wraps and with any documentation sent (including tax documents). The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer. The buyer, excluding any other claim, will be entitled to a refund of the sums paid for the purchase of the asset which will be carried out in the shortest possible time and in any case no later than 30 days from receipt of the goods, in any case provided that the goods have been returned. The right of withdrawal lapses in its entirety when the "essential condition of the integrity of the asset" (packaging and / or its contents) and / or in the cases in which it is ascertained: modifications and / or tampering and / or damage to the asset; use of the asset such as to make it impossible to restore it to the conditions pre-existing for sale; breaking of seals in case of sealed coin; lack of any original external / internal packaging; absence of integral elements of the product. We do not accept returns on lots made up of several goods as obviously in the lots there are goods of little value or study that are therefore to be considered sold as seen and liked;

we ship in the Euro area.

if in the registration you do not find your state (country) of belonging, it means that we DO NOT ship to your country, and we do not refund orders placed by circumventing our system

some items are at a fixed price and do not entitle to discounts such as coins, medals, euros, some banknotes, catalogs, albums, sachets etc.

the material sent may not correspond to the specific photo, but a product with the same characteristics will still be sent;

the responsibility for priority, registered or insured shipments lower than the value of the goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the buyer (recipient).
ATTENTION FOR INSURED SHIPMENTS, insured shipments are reimbursed by Italian post, if the institution does not reimburse we do not consider ourselves responsible.
